Optical capture for the digital workflow — an intraoral handpiece with ≤7 μm single-site trueness that captures a full arch in under sixty seconds, and a benchtop pair that resolves down to <5 μm. One spectrum of light, from mouth to model.
Every Auralis Scan belongs to one of two lines — IO for the hand, LAB for the bench. Choose by where the impression happens: inside the mouth, or on the model table.
The chairside wand. ≤7 μm single-site trueness and ≤5 μm precision at 24 frames per second — a full arch captured in under 60 seconds, lit by white LED and laser. Six autoclavable tips, one USB 3.0 cable, 145 grams in the hand.
The benchtop pair, in two configurations. Lab S reads daily dies at <8 μm trueness through twin 3.0 MP cameras; Lab L opens the volume to 140 × 120 × 90 mm and sharpens to <5 μm trueness for full-arch and implant work.
Eight chairside tools live inside the Scan software — checking, drawing and simulating while the model is still in the mouth, so what arrives at the lab has already been verified.

Trueness and precision figures are measured in vitro on reference models (following ISO 20896-1 / ISO 12836 methods). In-vivo full-arch accuracy depends on the case and the operator.
Scan IO exports STL and true-color PLY; Scan Lab adds OBJ. Files land directly in Auralis Studio — open formats, no conversion, no lock-in — ready for crown, bridge, implant and orthodontic design.
Demo units, spare tips and full metrology reports are available for partner clinics and labs across Southeast Asia.
