Every Auralis Sinter furnace belongs to one of three tiers. Choose by what you fire most — zirconia at full speed, zirconia at full volume, or glass ceramic under vacuum.
The speed tier. High-purity MoSi₂ elements climb at up to 200 °C per minute and hold 1530 °C for a 40-minute total flash cycle — same-day zirconia, from milled white body to dense ceramic, typically before the patient leaves (indication-dependent). Flash cycles are intended for small loads centred on single crowns; full-tray loads run on the standard program.
The volume tier. An elevator chamber that holds ±1 °C across double-stacked trays, running 24 programs day and night — the quiet workhorse of the high-volume lab.
The glass tier. A high-purity quartz muffle under vacuum below 35 mmHg, with two-stage programs for crystallization, staining and glaze — where lithium disilicate gets its final shine.
One line covers the full firing spectrum of the digital lab — glass-ceramic crystallization at 840 °C, conventional zirconia sintering between 1450 and 1530 °C, and a 40-minute total flash cycle at 1530 °C for light loads. Choose the furnace by the curve you run most.
